General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop Form & Wandel, operated by Lydia Setakis. By placing an order, customers agree to these terms.

2. Products

All products offered are handmade, unique objects.
Due to the natural material and artisanal process, variations in shape, surface and light pattern may occur and are part of the character of each piece.

Product images serve as a visual reference and may differ slightly from the delivered object.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in CHF (Swiss Francs) unless otherwise indicated.

Each object is priced individually according to the time, process and individuality involved.

Prices do not include shipping.
Shipping may be arranged by prior agreement and quoted individually.

4. Ordering & Contract Conclusion

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected product.
The purchase contract is concluded once an order confirmation has been sent.

5. Payment

Payment is processed via the payment methods offered in the online shop (e.g. Stripe).
Orders are processed once payment has been received in full.

6. Collection & Shipping

Products are available for collection by appointment.
Details regarding collection will be provided after purchase.

Shipping is not offered as a standard option.
If shipping is requested, it may be arranged by prior agreement and will be quoted individually.

For international orders, customers are kindly asked to contact us prior to purchase.

7. Withdrawal & Returns

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.

The object must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original condition.

Due to the handmade and individual nature of the objects, minor variations in shape, surface or light pattern are not considered defects and do not constitute a reason for return.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

8. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
No liability is assumed for improper handling or use of the products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
