Withdrawal Policy

Each object offered in this shop is handmade and unique.
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that the object is returned unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
Due to the handmade and individual nature of the objects, minor variations in shape, surface or light pattern are not considered defects and do not constitute a reason for return.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued excluding original shipping costs.
